Chadwick received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise from Virginia Tech, fostering her love for nutrition, weight loss, and health. She then received her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Jefferson College of Health Sciences, where she ran a volunteer clinic program focusing on weight loss and behavioral modifications to help others improve their health and overall quality of life.

After she finished school, Chadwick and her husband moved to Colorado to enjoy all of her favorite outdoor activities, including skiing, hiking, and camping. During this time, she started her career in Pediatric Critical Care. Chadwick worked in the Pediatric ICU for over 5 years before making the change to Women’s Health. She is passionate about hormone replacement therapy because she believes every woman deserves to age gracefully and feel their best through all stages of life and menopause. Chadwick is deeply passionate about patient-centered care and wants to foster a compassionate and empathetic environment for all of her patients.

When she’s not helping clients, you can find Chadwick with her husband and her dog Leo enjoying the outdoors, at a yoga class, cooking for friends, or trying out one of the amazing local restaurants or breweries.

Julia got her start as a cosmetic injector at a national aesthetic practice, where she functioned as one of their lead providers for just over 2 years. In this time, she learned invaluable skills on how to provide natural and consistent results.

Julia holds both a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor’s of Arts. Her commitment to lifelong learning has driven her to pursue further education. Currently, Julia is pursuing a Master’s of Science in Nursing, with the ultimate aim of achieving her Family Nurse Practitioner license.

Her passion for the aesthetic industry originated from a first-hand experience of the transformative power and impact of aesthetic treatments on one’s confidence.

Outside of work, you can find Julia exercising, taking on DIY house projects, and spending time with friends, family, and her two golden retrievers, Hansel and Hank!

Caroline is an experienced injector who combines her background in Interior Design with her love of aesthetics. Caroline holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Kitchen & Bath Design and Nursing. After several years as an ICU nurse, Caroline began her career as a cosmetic injector at a national aesthetic practice, where she became the regional medical trainer over the state of Virginia.

She enjoys seeing how small changes can make an impactful difference in people’s lives and loves that she can be a part of that journey.

During her free time, Caroline spends her time traveling, rock climbing, spending time at the lake, and renovating houses.

Natalie, an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, is deeply committed to improving her patients’ overall health and well-being. She obtained her BSN from the University of California, Irvine, and honed her skills during a decade-long tenure as a neuro/trauma ICU nurse. Upon moving to Virginia, she completed her master’s degree from Duke University and began practicing in outpatient vascular labs, specializing in the treatment of varicose veins, lymphedema and peripheral arterial disease.

Natalie has always been passionate about aesthetics and wellness, and finds joy in watching her patients transform into the healthiest version of themselves. She is thrilled to bring her procedural experience and passion for helping people look and feel their best to Cassie Lane Aesthetics.

When she’s not working, Natalie enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and their Vizsla, Archer.

Brooke earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and dedicated numerous years to working as an operating room nurse. She later assumed the role of Nurse Manager at an Aesthetic Surgery Center affiliated with Emory Healthcare. Eventually, Brooke relocated to Virginia to pursue her nursing career further and to be closer to her family. Now, as a part of the Cassie Lane Aesthetics team, her primary focus is on our Weight Loss Program, where she enjoys helping people become healthier, happier versions of themselves.

Off the clock, Brooke loves to relax with a good book and spend time with her family.

Sherri Avery is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 30 years of experience as a licensed practical nurse. Her career showcases a deep commitment to patient care, with significant expertise in dialysis nursing and, most recently, as an accomplished endoscopy nurse.

Beyond her medical career, Sherri possesses a passion for interior design that led her to pursue design courses at the University of Richmond. This passion eventually led to an exciting career transition when she and her husband acquired Whetstone Upholstery and Interiors, a prominent business in downtown Richmond. During their ownership, they had the privilege of collaborating with various television production sets, contributing their expertise in upholstery and interior products.

Sherri has since returned to her nursing roots, and now enjoys working directly with patients, tending to their health and well-being.

In her free time, she continues to inspire and assist individuals in realizing their interior design dreams. Sherri is also an amateur winemaker and actively participates in the Central Virginia Winemakers Association.

Jenn was brought onto the Cassie Lane team after being a client of Cassie’s. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Retail Management and Consumer Studies from Syracuse University. Jenn has an extensive retail background in store management and corporate inventory planning. After being a stay at home mom for three years, she was able to blend her love of building relationships with clients, business planning and aesthetics as our Practice Manager.

Jenn and her husband, Mark, their daughter, Emilia, and dog, Jessi moved to Richmond in 2021 from Cincinnati, Ohio to be closer to family. When not in the office, you will find Jenn and Mark exploring new restaurants in the city, updating their 1940’s home, and spending time with neighbors, friends, and family.

Zoe has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a double minor in Sociology and Forensics from Radford University. On a whim, she entered the aesthetics world shortly after graduating in 2021.

Zoe loves making meaningful connections with clients and coworkers, fostering a warm and inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels valued and supported.

Outside of the office, Zoe enjoys spending her time with her 2-year-old Husky, Maverick, exploring new restaurants in the Richmond area, and spending time with friends and family.

Phoebe, a Richmond native, graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2021 with a degree in Fashion Merchandising. Since then, she’s thrived in the Medical Aesthetics industry, fueled by her passion for fashion and beauty. When she is not at work, Phoebe loves exploring Richmond, and spending time with her kitten, Malcolm.
